As part of any bookings or classes with Ayana Yoga, you agree and acknowledge that you have read and understand the below terms & conditions.

Bookings

To ensure you have a spot secured in the class, please book in advance. Bookings can be made via our website.

Cancellations

No less than 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, if you cancel within 12 hours before the class you will not be refunded.

For special events, tickets are non-refundable unless enough notice is provided to fill your place.

Class Pass

All yoga class passes can be used for any type of yoga class. If any of your class passes are not redeemed by the expiry date, they will become void and unable to be used. No refunds will be provided for class pass packages.

Etiquette

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts. Ensuring you turn off all devices and use the bathroom when you arrive. If you need to leave the room during the class for any reason, please be mindful of other people's practice and keep noise to a minimum.

Health

When you arrive please advise us of any health or medical conditions, allergies or injuries. We ask that you speak to your health practitioner prior to attending any classes if you have any health or medical conditions or injuries. You agree and acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of our Health Waiver.

Payments

We accept cash and card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.

Personal Belongings

Any personal belongings brought to class are your own responsibility. If any of these items are left on the premises, we cannot guarantee we will be able to recover them for you.

Pregnancy

Please advise us if you are pregnant. We recommend speaking to your doctor or health practitioner prior to attending any classes. At current we do not offer pregnancy-specific classes and we may not be able to cater for any specific medical conditions. Once again you agree and acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms & conditions of our Health Waiver.
